Mirfield is a small town in West Yorkshire located between Brighouse and Dewsbury.
The wide waterway provides excellent links to major towns and cities across northern England and is popular for pleasure boats.
Greenwood Cut is approximately 60m long and provides space for up to 3 vessels.

- Facilities, including water, elsan, pump out, toilets and showers are located nearby at Shepley Bridge (Approx. 400m away). Facilities block and / or waste bins are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement
No car parking facility on site. Public road parking can be found across the bridge on Low Mill Lane.
IMPORTANT NOTES: All customer items must be stored on the boat and not on the surrounding land areas.
Bollards may be shared with neighbouring boats to best manage the water space.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
