A world Heritage site, with an abundance of character and steeped in maritime history.
Our Royal Albert Dock Moorings can be found in the center of the iconic Historic South Docks. The ‘Jewel in the Crown’ Albert Dock attracts thousands of tourists year on year. Royal Albert dock moorings consist of finger and linear pontoons, offering both electricity and water supply and can accommodate vessels up to a maximum beam of 9.5 m.
Albert Dock has toilet facilities on The Colonnades and limited shower facilities for berth holders accessed via CRT key. The showers are provided by and under the control of the local waterway and they do not form part of the mooring agreement. The Toilets are public toilets managed by the Royal Albert Dock company and do not form part of the moorings agreement.

This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
