Additional Information
Centrally located, there is always something to do! From restaurants to bars, unrivalled musical heritage, hosting headline artists and world class sporting events. Liverpool One Shopping mall is a shopper’s paradise, offering a wide range of outlets from designer boutiques to top high street names, all within an easy stroll. Boasting the largest collection of museums and galleries anywhere outside of the Capital, Liverpool’s culture and heritage are at the very heart of the city. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater. What3Words: ///manual.sang.menu
