Hatton Top Lock moorings are situated at the top of the famous flight of 21 locks known as the Stairway to Heaven. Its location on the Grand Union Canal is surrounded by picturesque scenery, some good local pubs and a popular canalside café.
This linear site is approximately 78m long and provides space for up to 5 vessels moored against the towpath.

- Travelling North from Warwick on the A4177 towards Solihull. Turn left onto Canal road, signposted Hatton Locks. At the end of Canal Road, turn right and follow road upto lock café. Moorings can be found approx 50m from cafe car park.

- Water point, refuse compound and Elsan facilities can be found approx 40m from moorings. These facilities are not a dedicated facility for the Hatton Top Lock mooring customers, as they are open for use by passing boats, as well as other canal users.
This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring. As such the offer that we have is only intended to meet the needs of a leisure boater.
