Splatt Bridge L1 Leisure

Splatt Bridge Moorings lie to the south of Frampton-on-Severn village, on the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal in Gloucestershire. When the canal opened, in1826, it was the broadest and deepest canal in Britain and even today it stands out from other navigations because of its sheer scale and impressive engineering.

Slimbridge Wetlands Centre, Purton Hulks boat graveyard and Gloucester's historic docks are all within easy reach of this popular mooring site.

The linear site is approximately 390m long. It provides space for up to 20 vessels, moored on the off-side.

This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring.
