The site offers a combination of hard edge and pontoon moorings for 20 vessels with a good range of facilities close by.

- The car park and sanitary station are accessed with a standard CRT key, available the CRT online shop. Facilities block and/or waste bins are provided by and under the control of the local waterway, they do not form part of the mooring agreement Car Parking - an open car park provided by the local waterway, moorers can use it but they do not have any priority over others at this site The moorings are above Brighouse Top Lock. There is a Sainsburys superstore approx. 200 metres away. All customer items must be stored on boats. Strictly no items to be placed on the pontoons. Rings maybe shared to best manage the water space. This is a leisure site and is determined by us to be a mooring site for the storage of boats between leisure use, customers may well spend weekends on this site, and occasionally longer periods, but it is not sold as, or intended to be suitable for long term residential use. This site does not have local authority planning consent for residential use, neither does it have the level of facilities and service expected of such a mooring.
