Christmas Opening Hours

Canal & River Trust offices will close for the festive period at 4:30pm on Tuesday 24th December, and re-open for the new year on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Waterside Mooring's mailboxes and phones will not be monitored during this period, so if you have an enquiry needing urgent attention, please contact the Trust's main Customer Service team on 0303 040 4040. This will be operating normally, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day:

All non-urgent Waterside Mooring enquiries made via waterside.mooring-enquiries@canalrivertrust.org.uk will receive a response when our offices have reopened.

As always, in an emergency you should call 999 immediately. When you have received a response from the emergency services, then inform us on 0800 47 999 47.

When the situation is urgent, but not an emergency - please call our 24 hour emergency contact number, 0800 47 999 47. Please be aware that we will make a judgement based on the severity of the incident and it is not always appropriate for an on-duty staff member to respond directly.
